By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products & Orders

  • We sell beverageware and kitchen appliances, including hot water kettles, cold water kettles/pitchers, and mugs/glass cups.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and designs may vary slightly.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all safety and care instructions.

  • Hot Water Kettles (Electrical Safety):

    • Read all instructions before first use.

    • Do not immerse base or kettle in water (for cordless kettles, only the kettle itself may be washed; base must stay dry).

    • Use only with the provided power base.

    • Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug.

    • Keep away from children.

    • Do not overfill beyond maximum level.

    • Always ensure water level is above minimum before operation.

    • Allow to cool before cleaning.

    • Regular descaling required to maintain performance.

    • Unplug when not in use.

  • Cold Water Kettles/Pitchers:

    • Check dishwasher and microwave safety before use.

    • For glass pitchers, avoid sudden temperature changes.

    • Do not use if cracked or chipped.

    • For Tritan plastic, avoid high heat and direct flame.

  • Mugs/Glass Cups:

    • Check microwave and dishwasher safety before use.

    • Handle with care; glass and ceramic can break if dropped.

    • Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) .

    • Discard if cracked, chipped, or damaged.

3. Food Contact Compliance
Our products are manufactured to comply with applicable FDA food contact safety standards :

  • Plastics: Comply with FDA 21 CFR 177 requirements; BPA-free where applicable

  • Ceramics/Glass: Meet FDA CPG 7117.06/07 lead and cadmium leaching limits 

  • Metals: Food-grade stainless steel meeting applicable standards

4. Electrical Safety Compliance
Our electrical kettles comply with UL 1082 safety standards for household electric kettles and UL 60335-1 general safety requirements . They have been tested for:

  • Dielectric strength

  • Leakage current

  • Ground continuity

  • Overload protection

5. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be clearly displayed on the product page and packaging .

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, burns from improper use of hot water kettles, electrical issues from improper use, breakage from thermal shock, or injuries from misuse.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
