Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your beverageware and appliance purchases. Due to the nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact. For appliances, this means the item must not have been plugged in or used .

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used Items: Any hot water kettle, cold water kettle, or mug/glass cup that has been used, shows signs of wear, has been exposed to water, or has been washed.

  • Hygiene Items: Mugs and glass cups that have been removed from packaging or used for drinking.

  • Electrical Items: Kettles that have been plugged in, used, or show any signs of operation.

  • Custom or Special Order Items: Products ordered in specific colors or configurations.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or accidents.

3. Return Process & Fees

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials, parts, and instructions. For mugs and glassware, original protective padding must be used.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10-15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for accepted returns to cover processing and inspection.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. For electrical kettles, do not attempt to use if damaged. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.

6. Missing Parts
If your kettle arrives missing lids, power cords, or other parts, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge if available.
